Present: Chair Sue Korver, Secretary Wilma Bush, Past Chair Richard Lowery, Council Rep. Bonnie Danes, June Vilneff, Jerry Roy, Linda Roy, Brian Galloway, Bob Drummond, John Solmes, Vera Wylie.

that the Minutes of the April 28 meeting be approved as circulated.

BUSINESS FROM MINUTES -
- The Secretary advised she had not sent out letters, as requested by John Langley, to those who had resigned as they were recognized and received plaques at the Snofest Banquet.
- The Chair advised letters had been sent out to all the sponsors and that she was going to hand deliver them again.
- The Past Chair advised the Municipal CAO is working on proper receipts
from Snofest. A letter will be drafted to go with the receipts for further
clarification.
- The Past Chair had also checked with Sue Warburton re Advertising. She is busy with children and running a bed and breakfast but is willing to learn and assist.
- The Secretary reported the letter had been sent to Marmora Crowe Valley Lions advising them of the decision to cancel the Friday night banquet and invited them to cater to the breakfasts. Official word has not yet been received.
TREASURY - The Past Chair read out balances in each of the Snofest accounts to date.

Richard Lowery then conducted the Nominations for 2008-2009 Executive.
Chair - June Vilneff nominated Sue Korver - she accepted
Bonnie Danes nominated Gail Taylor - she declined.

Bob Drummond nominated Gary Poirier (he had advised he would help on executive)

Wilma Bush nominated John Langley (he had previously declared he would act as Interim Treasurer.

Marmora Snofest Committee will be replacing their existing constitution with the one presented tonight with 2 minor changes.
Section : 1:01- Head Office to be the local Lawyers address
6:01 - Annual General Meeting to be held the 3rd Monday in April.

It is to be noted that we did not receive a Treasurer Report presented at
the Annual General Meeting
