. Races - Brian Galloway
- e-mails still arriving questioning whether races will be taking place
- $ *** has been paid and L'Amable hall booked
- Murray Locke will be contacted for possible donation of 25 garbage bags needed
- Madoc Township Fire Department will look after the road crossings. They need times.
- Brian will pick up bibs from Scott Broadbent.
Barbara Fisher listed items Debbie Deline has requested:
- Drummonds will provide photocopier
- Richard Lowery's computer and printer will be used.

Jackie Douglas will be helping Sue Korver
. Buttons - Stu Fisher will take some to Cedar Ridge Restaurant
. Advertising - Norman Bradley
- Norman is meeting vet in Eldorado
- He reported snow is expected according to internet forecast
- Brian Galloway questioned race purse amounts, which cannot be decided until all registrations
are received.

After the first 10 positions: four and six mile sprinters - each musher gets back $10; for 25
mile each gets $20; for 120 mile each gets $50.

- Sue Korver provided times for advertising Snofest on her stations
- Gail Taylor suggested Snofest could be advertised on CBC Fresh Air in 2007. Jeff Good gives
short reports on activities in Ontario.

. Arts & Crafts - Barbara Fisher
23 vendors have booked to date and some have rented two spaces.
. Promotional Material - Robert Young
- volunteers' vests, more dogs-in-a-can, key chains and stickers have been ordered
- 'Exciting Things' will be donating some things.
. Banquet - June Vilneff
- 133 tickets are sold to date
- 12 door prizes have been donated
- The Hart Brothers will begin at 7:30 pm and entertain for 45 minutes.

Brian Galloway said he could not get registration forms printed off. Robert Young provided
some.
. Fairgrounds - John Solmes
- He requested a letter of thanks be forwarded for use of the grounds
- Bob Drummond has the sign for water available.
. Weight Pull - Linda and Jerry Roy
- Someone is needed to help load salt on sled. Les Kidd will be asked to help.
NEW BUSINESS
. Photography
Ashley Murrell will be requested to take a photo of the crowd and at least one photo of all other
Snofest events.
. Police Canine Unit
Richard is still waiting for confirmation.
. Trails - Bob Drummond
- Trails are not bad. Heritage Trail is in good condition.
- Clive Peacock will be providing radios again. Stu Fisher will take these to Brian Galloway.
- Doug Vilneff and Art Meyers will put up the road signs.
- Trail to Zion is not useable as it has been torn by too many ATVs.
- The 25 mile will be going to Eldorado - a checkpoint sign is needed there.
- Tuesday, 9 am, a group will meet at the fairgrounds to check the trails.
Get Well Card was circulated and signed for Don McKeown.
